OUR EVOLUTION
Founded in 2016 by seasoned investment professionals, Wellers Impact draws on decades of experience in venture, private equity, real estate, impact investing, and the nonprofit sector.
From our dual bases in London and Nairobi, we operate at the intersection of global capital and local opportunity.
A critical turning point in our journey has been our collaboration with Water Unite to create Water Unite Impact (WUI) - a blended finance vehicle targeting the “missing middle” in the water, sanitation, and circular economy sectors.
In recent years, WUI has graduated from pilot phase into scale-up mode, backed by institutional commitments. Our real estate projects have been transformational, with SDG-driven teams benefitting from annual, index-linked income alongside long-term capital growth to help scale their impact.
