Guy Ruddle

Guy is a co-founder of Wellers Impact and is a director and CFO of the business. He is a qualified accountant with more than ten years of experience within the financial services sector. Guy trained with Deloitte in South Africa, Australia and Ireland.

He then spent over six years at Man Group PLC, managing their structured products valuation team followed by three years with Morgan Stanley helping to set up a global financial resources team within the equities division. He has a further ten years' experience working within private equity and emerging markets, with a focus on impact investing.
