OUR EVOLUTION
Founded in 2016 by seasoned investment professionals, Wellers Impact draws on decades of experience in venture, private equity, real estate, impact investing, and the nonprofit sector.
From our dual bases in London and Nairobi, we operate at the intersection of global capital and local opportunity.
Our work with Water Unite has contributed to the development of Water Unite Impact, an initiative focused on growth capital for water, sanitation and circular-economy enterprises. [The proposed next stage includes a formal fund management role for Wellers Impact Limited, subject to the additional FCA permission and the necessary operating arrangements].
Our real asset work focuses on helping land-owning, purpose-driven organisations assess development options and potential sources of sustainable income. Outcomes depend on each project’s feasibility, financing and delivery.
